摘要
介绍了济钢第三炼钢厂生产低碳低硅铝镇静钢(SPHC)的工艺实践。通过优化KR、BOF、CAS、LF、CCM等各工序的生产工艺,使钢水中的成分达到了精确控制;钢中夹杂物大量减少,提高了钢水的可浇性,铸坯的表面及内部质量均达到了相关要求。
Productive practice of A1 killed low carbon low silicon steel atNo. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Steel is introduced. Through optimising production technology of KR,BOF, CAS,LF,CCM etc. various processes,so as to the composition of molten steel is controlled accurately; The nonmetallic inclusions of molten steel are reduced largely,so that the pourability of molten steel is improved largely,and all the surface and internal quality of s]a~ up to the standard required.
