介绍了济钢第三炼钢厂生产低碳低硅铝镇静钢(SPHC)的工艺实践。通过优化KR、BOF、CAS、LF、CCM等各工序的生产工艺,使钢水中的成分达到了精确控制;钢中夹杂物大量减少,提高了钢水的可浇性,铸坯的表面及内部质量均达到了相关要求。
