摘要
设计了一种能对标记对比度进行定量分析的装置,并对调QNd:YAG激光在45#钢上所打标记进行了分析.得出了标记对比度随各工艺参数的变化规律;标记处的能谱图表明了材料氧化程度和标记对比度的关系.
A device for analyzing mark contrast was designed in this paper and carbon steel marked by a Q - switched Nd: YAG laser was analyzed. In experiments of laser marking,three vital factors of a Q - switched Nd:YAG laser were chosen as control factors,e. g. pulse frequency, electric current used for laser beam generation and traverse speed of laser beam. The relationship between control factors and mark contrast has beed obtained. Furthermore, energy deflection spectrum(EDS) of mark shows the contact between mark contrast and oxidation of material.
