摘要
研制出一种单腔结构压电陶瓷-金属复合体,该复合体不仅压电常数高,而且具有压电常数的位置依赖性小、制作更为简单、便于稳定地安装使用等优点。由实验研究得出了较佳尺寸的复合体,相应的有效压电应变常数为7890pC/N,为其中PZT压电陶瓷压电应变常数的24倍。
A piezoelectric ceramic metal compostite with single cavity has been developed. The composite has not only high piezoelectric strain constant, but also advantages of small position dependence, easy manufacture and strong stability which makes it fixed easily. The better sizes of composite has been obtained by experiment. The relative effective piezoelectric strain constant is 7 890 pC/N which is 24 times that of PZT piezoelectric ceramic ( d 33 =330 pC/N).
