摘要
为了获得高效的二次、三次倍频的转换效率,KDP晶体的定向精度非常重要,尤其是以KDP晶体光轴的严格定向为前提的。对于大尺寸晶体,定向的常用方法X射线衍射法和偏振光干涉法都有各自的局限性,因此,我们采用了一种用Nd∶YAG激光器装置直接确定KDP倍频晶体的定向偏差以及o轴与e轴方向的方法。
In order to obtain higher conversion effectiveness of secondary and triple harmonic.It is very important to accurately determine the orientation of the crystal axis,especially for KDP crystal.However,it all depends on the precise orientation of optical axis of the crystal.In general,the methods of X ray diffraction or polarized wave interference are used,but these methods have their defects.Here,we employ a Nd∶YAG laser beam to accurately inspect the orientation and to find o and e axis of KDP crystal.The experimental arrangement and results have been introduced in this paper.The method have higher measurement accuracy and can used in real time inspecting.
