一种球柱面一体化透镜的几何光学设计

Geometrical optical design of a spherical cylinder integrated lens used in line beam transformation from Gaussian laser beam

提出了一种可使光轴折转９０°，利用球面的折射和反射使子午面内的光束变为平行光，利用球面和柱面使弧矢光束会聚且有实焦点的球柱面一体化透镜，分析讨论了其近轴光学特性，给出了一些约束条件。这种透镜具有批量生产成本低、数值孔径大等优点，可用于把基模高斯细圆光束变换为线光束。

A new spherical cylinder integrated lens is proposed which can deflect the optical axis to 90°,transform laser Gaussian beam in meridian section into parallel beam through refraction and reflection of spherical surfaces,and converge the sagittal beam into a real point outside of the lens though refraction and reflection of spherical surfaces and refraction of a cylinder surface.Its paraxial optical properties are analyzed and some constraint conditions are given.The lens has the advantages of low cost with volume production,large numerical aperture,which can find applications in the areas of transforming Gaussian or astigmatic laser beam into line beam such as cylinder interferometer,3 D profile measurement.
