摘要
现实中各方面的原因导致教师的职业倦怠感明显。教师必须建立起稳定的教育信念,有自己的教育智慧以促进自己的职业发展和生活质量提高。本文从教育哲学的角度对此现象进行分析,提出了建构教师个人教育哲学的途径。
Causes from various aspects make teachers' burnout more obvious. Teachers must establish a stable educational faith, have their own education wisdom in order to promote career development and improve the quality of life. This article analyzes this phenomenon from the perspective of philosophy of education, proposes channels that construct teachers' personal philosophy of education.
