摘要
近年来,高校大学生因心理问题产生的不良事件日益增多,说明了当今大学生的心理压力越来越大,主要表现为心理脆弱,适应环境能力差,从而导致严重心理疾病……为此,采取何种对策和措施,促进大学生的心理健康发展,已是当务之急。本文认为通过体育锻炼可以帮助大学生建立正确的自我概念;树立自信心;改善不良的情绪状态;培养坚强的意志品质和协调人际关系等良好的心理素质。
In recent years, because of the college students' psychological problems, the number of adverse events caused by their psychological problems are growing day by day. These phenomena show that the psychological pressure of today's college students are extremely large. These psychological problems mainly include psychological vulnerability, the disability to adapt to the environment, mental illness and so on. So, it is urgent to take measures to promote the development of the college students' mental health.
