The engineering processes based on computer have been used comprehensively in enterprises. They generate mass data with complex relations every day. How to present these engineering data and put them into practical use in engineering process becomes an important research field. Accordingly, this thesis discusses the modeling techniques of engineering data, the structure and the process of data and their controlling.
