摘要
从上个世纪80年代末学生评教被引入我国教学管理体系开始,学生评教的效度问题就一直是教育工作者们关注和争论的话题。因此,对影响学生评教效度的诸多因素进行深度分析,有助于提高教学管理者对学生评教结果的正确认识,并在实际评教工作中采取措施,积极控制影响评教效度的不利因素,提高学生评教结果的有效性。
Students' Evaluation of Teaching ( SET ) is an assessment of teachers' performance in class. The validity of SET has been a topic of concern and controversy in China from the late of 1980s. Therefore, in - depth analysis of the factors that affects the validity of SET can help the teaching administrators to improve their understanding of the results of SET and control negative factors in actual work, improve the validity of the results of SET.
