摘要
为适应高速的信号采集速率，本文采用了一种降采样率的数字信号处理方法，计算机模拟的结果表明该方法是可行的。
In order to meet the high rate of sampling,a digital signal processing method of reducing the sampling rate in processing digital signals is proposed in this paper.The simulation results on computer confirm its availability.
