摘要
目的了解我院传染病疫情报告质量，规范传染病报告管理，提高报告质量，为预防传染病的爆发和流行提供及时、准确的信息。方法回顾性调查分析2007—2009年的传染病疫情报告资料。结果传染病卡片的完整率和准确率由2007年的94．91％和95.60％上升至2009的年98.19％和98.36%，漏报率和迟报率由2007年的0.23％和3.24％降至2009年的0和0.98％。结论领导重视，强化培训，制定科学规范的报告程序，是提高传染病报告质量，降低迟报和漏报的关键。

Conclusion leaders attach importance to strengthening the training, development of scientific and standardized reporting procedures, is to improve the quality of reporting of infectious diseases, reducing the key to delaying and omissions.
