足底内侧皮瓣的临床应用

目的探讨足底内侧皮瓣修复手部皮肤疗效。方法采用足底内侧皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤缺损18例。结果1例术后6小时出现动脉危象探查重行吻合血循环良好，1例出现皮瓣局部坏死，经换药后愈合，术后随访6-18个月皮瓣外形较美，两点辨觉平均达20mm。结论以足底内侧皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损的良好方法。

objective exploring hand injury trentment by foot inside flap. Methods： using the foot inside flap to repair 18 cases hand skin defects. Results： 1 appears artery crises 6 hours after operation, obtain normal blood circulation by re-anastomosis , 1 flap local necrosis , healing by bandage, skin flap shows a good appearance afte 6-18 months follow- up, Two distinguishing 20mm average. Conclusion： the foot inside flap to repair the defect of the hand skin is a good method.
