高精度集成稳压器零电压调整系数研究

A Study on the Zero Voltage Regulation Factor for High Precision Integrated Voltage Stabilizers

从理论上分析了集成稳压器的瞬态响应和电压调整系数，给出了电压调整系数为０的临界条件。根据分析结果，设计出一种高精度集成稳压器，对其电压比较器的输入阻抗和稳压器的时间常数及增益进行了分析，得到了满意的效果。

A theoretical analysis is made on the transient response of the integraded voltage stabilizer and its voltage regulation factor.Critical conditions for zero voltage regulation factor are given.Based on the analysis,an integrated voltage stabilizer with high accuracy is designed.Satisfactory results are obtained for the voltage stabilizer.
