摘要
目的：观察步长稳心颗粒与倍他乐克联用治疗早搏的疗效及耐受性。方法：将98例心律失常的患者随机分为两组，治疗组48例采用步长稳心颗粒与较小剂量倍他乐克联用治疗；对照组50例应用较大剂量倍他乐克治疗。观察疗效及耐受性。结果：治疗1个月后治疗组总有效率91．7％，对照组总有效率64％。两组间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：步长稳心颗粒和倍他乐克联用治疗心律失常有明显疗效。
Objective：To investigate the effects and tolerance of wenxin keli with metoprolol on premature beat. Methods： 98 patients with arrhythmia were randomly dividedinto two groups. The treatment group（48 cases） treated with wenxin keli and lower dose metoprolol, and the control group （50 cases） with higher dose rnetoprotol. Then observedthe clinical effects and tolerance. Results：The total effects of treatment group were 91.7% those of the control group were 64%, were significantly less than treatments（P〈0.05） one month after treatment. Conclusion：The wenxin keli with metoprolol is effective on premature beat.
