摘要 为探讨PBL+LBL联合教学模式在普外科教学查房中的应用效果,将2005级40名临床八年制医学生随机分成两组:试验组为PBL+LBL联合教学模式,对照组为单纯的PBL教学模式。通过考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示两组在基础理论知识的得分上试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),学生对PBL+LBL联合的教学模式满意度较高。 To discuss the effect of PBL+ IBL in practice of medical students in general surgery department, the students of 8 --year--program in random were divided into two groups: trial group (evaluated PBL+ IBL teaching method) and control group (PBL teaching). The teaching effects were evaluated by exams and questionnaire investigation. The results showed that the students in trial group had a significant higher score in practice. The students exhibited great satisfaction to the PBL+IBL teaching pattern.
