食品营养的均衡

摘要 肥胖是现代人所面临的一个普通问题,本文首先论述了营养一肥胖的关系,认为单纯通过节食,减少营养摄入来进行瘦身减肥是不健康的也是不科学的。并指出肥胖并不是单纯的营养过剩的问题,减肥也不能以牺牲健康为代价。并提出了一些既有益于减肥瘦身,又保证了身体营养均衡的饮食方法。 Obesity is a common problem which is faced with by modern people. This paper firstly discusses the relationship between nutrition and obesity. Simply through diet, reducing nutrient intake to lose weight is unhealthy and is not scientific. Then pointed out that obesity is not a simple problem of excess nutrients. Healthy weight loss can not at the expense of the cost. And made more sense both in loose weight, but also to ensure the body nutritionally balanced diet.
