本文提出了基于ＩＰＭｕｌｔｉｃａｓｔｏｖｅｒＡＴＭ协议实现视频点播系统的机制，与系统数据包丢失的重传。

This paper proposes a VOD system, which uses IP Multicast over ATM to provide multiple clients with a stream of resource, and mechanisms for clients to get the lost package and for server to allocate its resource economically.
