肌钙蛋白的生化特点及临床应用

摘要 肌钙蛋白(Tn)复合体存在于各种骨骼肌胞浆的细丝中,由钙调节肌肉收缩。1971年Tn电泳分离出三个组分:与钙结合部分称为肌钙蛋白C(TnC),含抑制因子部分称为肌钙蛋白I(TnI),和原肌球蛋白结合部分称为肌钙蛋白T(TnT)。
