急诊血气标本误差的影响因素与对策

目的探讨影响血气标本误差的因素及制定相应的对策。方法通过观察及分析65例患者错误的血气标本结果,提出相应的防范策略。结果标本溶血、误刺入静脉、空气进入血样等因素成为影响血气标本误差的主要因素。结论有效的控制标本溶血、误刺入静脉、空气进入血样等因素,才能得到正确的血气标本结果。

Objective To explore the factors that affect the blood gas sample error and formulate corresponding policies.Methods Through observe and analysis the wrong blood gas samples of 65 patients,we have proposed appropriate preventive strategies.Results The main factors which influence the blood gas sample error are Specimen hemolysis,Misuse piercing veins,Air into the blood.Conclusion When we effective control those factors,we can get the correct results of blood gas samples.
