fs激光与固体靶相互作用的X射线发射研究

X ray Emission from fs Laser Interaction with Solid Targets

摘要 将针孔透射光栅谱仪和X射线CCD相结合,探测到超短脉冲激光(<60fs)与多种固体平面靶相互作用而产生的、波长范围在1~15nm之间的高重复频率X射线发射,随着入射激光能量的增加,各种靶不同的X射线带的发射呈线性增长,并发现在超短脉冲激光作用下,L带发射效率最高元素的原子序数比长脉冲打靶时要来得小。 X ray sources at high repetition rate were obtained in the experiments of the ultra short pulsed laser (<60 fs) interaction with different target elements. The wavelength range was from 1 to 15 nm. With the energy of the incident laser increasing, the intensities of X rays emitted from different elements are enhanced. The element which has the highest emission of L band is different with that in the experiments of long pulse lasers interaction with targets. A pinhole transmission grating and X ray CCD were used as detectors in our experiments.
