摘要
本文研究了由单个产品和单种原材料组成的复合制造系统在实行预防性维修中断(PreventiveMaintenanceInteruption,PMI)的情形下的经济批量问题。发展了一个复合批量模型,提供了寻求最优生产批量、原材料最优订货批量以及最优维修中断次数的简单算法,并用数值例子说明了模型的求解过程。
In this paper,economic lot sizing problems for the integrated manufacturing system consisting of a single product and a single material are considered under the situation of performing preventive maintenance interruption.An integrated lot size model is developed.A simple algorithm is provided for finding the optimal production lot size,the optimal order lot size and the optimal number of maintenance interruption.Some numerical examples are used to illustrate how the model works.
