容错神经网络理论是分析和设计高可靠性的神经网络的理论和方法。容错神经网络的研究对于揭示人脑神经系统的容错机理和丰富容错系统理论有重大意义。本文结合所做的研究工作，系统地提出了容错神经网络的理论框架，为容错神经网络的理论和应用研究的深入奠定了基础。

The theory on fault tolerant neural networks is aimed at the analysis and design of highly reliable neural networks.Research on fault tolerant neural networks is highly helpful to reveal the fault tolerance of human brain neural systems and extend the fault tolerant system theory.In this paper,the theoretical frame for fault tolerant neural networks is proposed as a basis for developing the fault tolerant neural network theory.
