摘要
通过115个试件的拉拔试验,研究了埋置于混凝土块体中带锚固板钢筋的机械锚固强度,分析了埋入深度、保护层厚度、箍筋配置、混凝土强度和钢筋直径等因素对带锚固板钢筋机械锚固强度的影响,并与传统的带90°弯折钢筋的锚固性能试验进行了比较。试验结果表明:推广带锚固板钢筋,用规格合适的钢筋锚固板取代带90°弯折钢筋的弯折延伸段是可行的,是可以实现相同或更好的锚固强度的。
The mechanical anchorage strength of the headed reinforcement embedded in concrete blocks was studied with 115 pull-out tests.Factors,which affect the mechanical anchorage strength of the headed reinforcement such as embedded length,cover,stirrup,strength of concrete and diameter of bar were analyzed.Compared with the anchorage strength of the bar with traditional 90° standard bent hook a,the test results indicate that it is feasible to make use of the headed reinforcement and anchor plate instead of the bar with traditional 90° standard bent hook.The headed reinforcement can achieve the same anchorage strength as anchorage strength of the bar with traditional 90°standard bent hook,or even better.
