基于现场条件下混凝土空气渗透性检测CLAM test法和Schnlin法的应用研究 被引量:2

Application Research of Concrete Air-Permeability Test by CLAM and Schnlin Tests Based on Site Conditions

摘要 针对在现场条件开展混凝土渗透性检测的要求,结合混凝土表层水吸附性ISAT法和混凝土保护层抗氯离子渗透性Permit试验的评价结果,对两种不同混凝土空气渗透性检测技术的CLAM test法和Schnlin法评估结果的可靠性和在现场条件下的可实施性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明空气渗透性检测CLAM test法和Schnlin法均是可靠的适于现场条件进行的检测方法,且两种方法的评价结果接近。与CLAM test法相比,Schnlin法的检测成本更低、检测速度更快、操作更简单,设备的安装与拆卸过程对混凝土结构表层完全无损害。 Aiming at the concrete permeability testing technique on site,there are two different air-permeability tests,CLAM test and Schnlin test,the paper is contributed to research on the reliability of the testing evaluation,and the enforceability on site.Those analyses were also combined with the contrast study of Initial Surface Absorption Test(ISAT) and Permit ion migration test.It is found that both CLAM test and Schnlin test are reliability and enforceability methods to evaluate concrete permeability in field.The evaluations of the two different tests approach to the same level.As contrasted to CLAM test,Schnlin test has lower cost and faster speed of detection,its operative technique is simpler,and it does not damage at all to the surface of concrete structure during installation and demolition.
