摘要
简述了珠海市晶艺公司在上海市辰山植物园投标中铸铝节点的设计和构造,对该铸铝节点进行非线性有限元计算,分析了典型工况下铸铝节点的承载性能,给出了节点的应力及变形分布,并将该铸铝节点承载性能与完全刚性连接的节点进行比较。研究表明,该铸铝节点在典型荷载的作用下,具有足够的强度和刚度。有限元计算结果能够很好地预测铸铝节点的承载力,保证工程的安全性。
The design and construction of cast aluminum joint which is suggested by Jingyi company in Zhuhai for bidding in Shanghai Chenshan botanical garden exhibition building project is introduced.Through the analysis of the typical working condition,the bearing properties of the cast aluminum joint and distribution of stress nephogram of the cast aluminum joint are given.The result shows that by comparing the mechanical properties of the cast aluminum joint and the rigid joint,the cast aluminum joint has enough strength and stiffness under typical working conditions.The finite element method can predict the carrying capacity of the cast aluminum joint ensuring the safety of projects.
