新型准分子激光介质O2(^1Δg)二聚物研究

摘要 通过Abinitio计算证明O2(1Δg)二聚物具有D2h群构型。利用微波激励高纯氧获得了O2(1Δg)二聚物的2个新谱带,它们的峰值波长分别为486nm和656nm。采用放大自发辐射法获得了486nm和656nm辐射的小信号增益系数;利用平凹稳定谐振腔获得了486nm和656nm辐射的激振荡,最大激光输出功率分别为了130μw和140μw,束散角为28mrad。 It was proved that O 2( 1Δ g) dimer belongs to D 2h group by Abinitio calculation.Using microwave exciting high pure oxygen,its two new bands are observed,and their peak wavelengths are 486nm and 656nm respectively.Then small signal gain coefficients for 486nm and 656nm are obtained by the way of amplified spontaneous emission.With a flat concave stable resonator,the laser oscillation is realized at 486nm and 656nm,the laser power is as high as 130μw and 140μw respectively,and the divergent angle is 28 mrad.
