摘要
差异性评价是基于对幼儿发展差异性理解的评价,是教师在利用多种途径正确认识幼儿发展差异的基础上,在评价目标、评价方式、评价内容以及评价主体等方面采取的一种差异性评价模式,它具有三个显著特征:是有差异的评价主体共同参与的评价;是对幼儿发展中的差异进行的评价;是借助各种不同的手段对幼儿进行的评价。差异性评价旨在建立理解型的师幼关系,提升教师和儿童的幸福指数,促进他们共同成长。
The difference evaluation is based on the understanding of child development differences. It has three distinctive features: the different evaluation participator, the evaluation about the difference development and the different types of evaluation. The objectives of difference evaluation are to build the understanding relationship between teachers and children, and enhance their well-beings and growth.
