Manufacturing Technology of Forge-welded valve Body Used in Soviet Power Stations

本文论述目前国内发展电站阀门锻焊结构阀体制造技术的必要性,以及苏联这方面的进展;其后综述了苏联与M两厂所开发的电站阀门阀体电子束焊制造工艺与锻焊结构半球形阀体的冲压工艺。

The author dwells on the necessity of developing at present the manufacturing technology of forge-welded valve body for use in Chinese power stations and describes the achievements of such technology in the Soviet Union. In addition, a comprehensive account is given of the electron-beam welding technology for fabricating valve bodies and the stamping technology for manufacturing semi-spherical valve bodies of forge welded construction, which have been currently developed by two Soviet manufacturing works.
