基于集体行为视角的农村社区公共产品供给分析

An Analysis of Public Production Supply in Rural Communities from the Perspective of Collective Activity

农村社区是我国最基层的社区组织,是农民生产生活的共同体。农村社区内公共产品的提供状况如何,关系到村民生产生活的质量和社区内的和谐稳定。但农村社区公共产品的提供又有着与城市社区不同的特点,更多的社区内公共产品提供是集体行为的结果。针对农村社区公共产品提供上存在的规避风险、搭便车和其他机会主义行为,需要采取相应的对策,提高社区内公共产品的供给水平。

Rural community is the most primary organization,which is the commonwealth of farmers＇ life and work.The situation of the public production supply is directly relevant to the quality of farmers＇ life and work and the harmony of the community.But the production supply in rural areas is somewhat different from that in urban areas.From the perspective of collective activity,this paper reveals that the public production supply in rural communities is always facing the problems of avoiding risks,free-ride and other opportunism,and proceed to put forward certain countermeasures to raise the level of public production supply in rural Comunities.
