摘要
食品安全问题不仅涉及到农学、生物学、卫生检疫学等方面,也涉及到政治学、经济学、管理学、社会学及心理学等领域的问题。本文通过思考实施生物技术、信息技术和化肥农药使用技术等相关技术对农业生产和食品质量的影响,以马克思主义和科学发展观为指导,从克服人类自私行为和道德理性出发,探讨在农业生产过程中如何通过提高农民科技道德素质,加强质量安全意识而保证食品安全;防止因道德理性丧失导致技术滥用而引发食品安全问题。
The study on food safety does not only refer to agriculture,biology,health and quarantine science,etc,but also economics,management,sociology,psychology and politics. This paper,through thinking of the influence of biotech,information technology as well as the technologies in using fertilizer and pesticides on agriculture production and food safety,on ground of selfish nature and moral reason of human being,explored how to promote science and technology quality of human being to enhance product quality consciousness,ensure food safety and prevent food safety issues caused by moral reason loss.
