基于虚拟团队的知识地图框架探析

Research on the Virtual Team-based Knowledge Map Framework

虚拟团队是伴随着信息技术的发展和企业经营环境的变化而产生的,是新型的虚拟协作组织形式。知识经济时代的虚拟团队是知识密集型组织,知识资源成为虚拟团队运营的根本要素,对知识的有效管理成为管理虚拟团队的关键,而知识地图是虚拟团队实现知识管理的有效工具。本文分析了知识地图在虚拟团队中的作用,提出并构建了基于虚拟团队的知识地图框架模型,解决了虚拟团队在知识共享方面不足的问题。

Virtual team turns up by information technology development and company business environment changing, which is a new form of virtual collaboration organization. Virtual team is knowledge-intensive organization in knowledge economic times. Knowledge resources are fundamental of virtual teams, for which effective management of knowledge becomes the key to virtual team management, and knowledge map is an effective management tool of virtual team management. The effect of knowledge map in virtual team is analyzed in this paper, and a knowledge map model is proposed and constructed based on virtual team, which overcomes the weakness of the virtual team when sharing knowledge.
