摘要
首先分析了数字电视收视行为分析的研究现状,然后提出将点击流数据仓库、数据挖掘、客户关系管理等技术引入数字电视观众行为分析,并探讨构建数字电视点击流数据仓库应用系统的可行性与思路。
In this paper, we first analyze the present research status of the digital TV watching, then put forward to introduce click-stream data warehouse, data mining, CRM and other teehniques into analyzing the audience's watching, behavior, moreover, study on the feasibility and thinking of constructing click-stream data warehouse application system for digital TV.
