摘要
研究了17β-雌二醇(17β-E2)对中华绒螯蟹卵巢发育以及内源雌激素水平的影响,以期阐明中华绒螯蟹卵巢发育调控机理。给予性腺发育高峰期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期)的中华绒螯蟹雌蟹注射不同浓度17β-E2(10-3mg/g、10-4mg/g和10-5mg/g),结果表明:在卵巢发育Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期间,17β-E2有呈剂量依赖性促进中华绒螯蟹卵巢发育的特点,表现为:性腺指数增大,卵母细胞发育快,卵母细胞直径增大。中华绒螯蟹血淋巴中17β-E2含量有随卵巢发育逐渐降低的趋势,尤其在实验30d后有明显的下降,外源17β-E2能明显增加血淋巴中17β-E2含量。中华绒螯蟹卵巢中17β-E2含量有随卵巢的发育而迅速降低的特点,外源注射17β-E2仅对15d时的卵巢中17β-E2含量有影响,表现为随外源17β-E2含量的提高,卵巢内17β-E2含量降低。对血淋巴和卵巢中17β-E2的含量与性腺指数进行相关性分析后发现:血淋巴和卵巢中17β-E2含量与性腺指数均呈极显著负相关。结论:外源17β-E2能促进卵巢发育,能明显增加血淋巴中17β-E2含量,而降低Ⅲ期1卵巢内17β-E2含量。
The effects of 17β-estradiol on ovary development and on the level of 17β-estradiol in Eriocheir sinensis were studied for explaining ovary development-controlling in Eriocheir sinensis.After injecting 17β-estradiol into the Eriocheir sinensis(female)at large growth phase with doses of(10-3 mg/g,10-4 mg/g and 10-5 mg/g),the results showed that:between Ⅲ1 phase and Ⅳ phase of the ovary development,the 17β-estradiol can stimulate ovary development,increase the sexual gland inder,quicken the oocyte development,enlarge the diameter of oocyte,with the dose of 17β-estradiol.The level of 17β-estradiol in hemolymph reduced with ovary developing,especially after 30 d,exogenous 17β-estradiol can distinctly raise the level of 17β-estradiol in hemolymph.The level of 17β-estradiol in ovary decreased rapidly with the ovary development.Exogenous1 17β-estradiol affect the level of 17β-estradiol in ovary only at 15 d,showing the higher of exogenous 17β-estradiol,the larger of 17β-estradiol decreasing extent in ovary.Correlation analysis between the level of 17β-estradiol in hemolymph and ovary and sexual gland inder showed that there was a significant negative correlation in them.These results indicated that exogenous 17β-estradiol can accelerate ovary developing,significantly increase the level of 17β-estradiol in hemolymph,decrease the level of 17β-estradiol in ovary at Ⅲ1 phase of the ovary development.
