活性碳纤维填料床反应器硝化性能研究 被引量:3

The nitrification performance of active carbon fiber packed-bed reactor

摘要 构建新型材料活性碳纤维(active carbon fiber,ACF)填料床反应器,在温度25~27℃,利用人工污水进行挂膜,测定基本水质指标及生物膜氧吸收速率(oxygen uptake rate,OUR),研究反应器稳态后水力停留时间(hydraulic retention time,HRT),进水NH4+-N负荷以及CODMn/NH4+-N变化对于ACF填料滤器的影响。结果表明,ACF填料滤器最佳HRT时间为3.1h,NH4+-N去除率最高达到79.41%,此时氨氧化菌OUR平均为1.24mg O2/(g.h)。控制进水NH4+-N负荷分别为0.05、0.09、0.24、0.44g/(kg.d),最佳进水NH4+-N负荷为0.09g/(kg.d),NH4+-N去除率可达80.21%,此时氨氧化菌OUR平均为1.42mgO2/(g.h)。CODMn/NH4+-N比在2至6时,随着CODMn/NH4+-N比升高,NH4+-N去除率逐渐降低,而CODMn去除率明显上升。在CODMn/NH4+-N比为2时,NH4+-N去除率最高,为80.96%,此时氨氧化菌OUR平均为1.40mgO2/(g.h);在CODMn/NH4+-N比为6时,CODMn去除率达到最高,为65.01%,此时异养菌OUR平均为2.02mg O2/(g.h)。 A new material activated carbon fiber(ACF)packed bed reactor has been developed to treat artificial sewage at 25-27 ℃.Hydraulic retention time(HRT),influent of NH4+-N loading rate and CODMn/NH4+-N were changed to investigate the influence on reactor by measuring basic water quality indicator and oxygen uptake rate(OUR).The results demonstrated:NH4+-N removal rate was up to 79.41% and the average OUR of anammox bacteria was 1.24 mgO2/(g·h)when the best HRT of ACF reactor was 3.1 h.When the influent NH4+-N loading rate were:0.05,0.09,0.24,0.43 g/(kg·d),the best water NH4+-N loading rate was 0.09 g/(kg·d)and the NH4+-N removal rate was 80.21%,the average OUR of anammox bacteria was 1.42 mgO2/(g·h).Whlie the CODMn/NH4+-N rose from 2 to 6,NH4+-N removal rate decreased gradually and the CODMn removal rate increased remarkablely.When CODMn/NH4+-N was 2,NH4+-N removal rate reached 80.96% and OUR of anammox bacteria was 1.40 mgO2/(g·h);Meanwhile,CODMn removal rate was up to 65.01% and OUR of heterotrophic bacteria was 2.02 mgO2/(g·h),when CODMn/NH4+-N was 6.
