摘要 哮喘的治疗药物可分为长期控制药物和急性期缓解药物两大类。控制药物主要通过抗炎作用达到控制哮喘的目的，需要每日用药并长期使用，主要包括吸入用糖皮质激素（ICS）、白三烯调节剂、长效β2受体激动剂（LABA）及缓释茶碱、全身用糖皮质激素、抗IgE抗体等。缓解药物按需使用，用于快速解除支气管痉挛、缓解症状，常用的有短效吸入β2受体激动剂、吸入抗胆碱能药物、
