摘要
针对ZrO2 NiCrAl材料体系制备的功能梯度热障涂层 ,采用有限元方法研究了在热负荷下的残余应力、隔热工作应力和循环状态下的瞬态温度和瞬态热应力 ,为该材料体系在制备和使用过程中的性能评价。
Elastic finite element method was applied in a study of residual stresses, steady stresses as well as transient temperature and stresses developed during the fabrication and use of a ZrO 2 NiCrAl system functionally gradient thermal barrier coatings. Results of comprehensive and systematic study provide a theoretical basis for the evalution of characteristics and study of failure mechanisms for the ZrO 2 NiCrAl metal substrate system.
