试论学习战略、组织结构与人力资源管理系统的选择 被引量:10

摘要 组织学习战略可以分为利用式和探索式两种。基于权变理论,一种学习战略可以与多种人力资源管理系统相匹配。同时,不同的学习战略需要不同类型组织结构的支撑。本文分析了适合不同学习战略的组织结构和人力资源管理系统,论述了它们之间的匹配机制,并在此基础上讨论了组织在变革学习战略的过程中如何选择合适的人力资源管理系统。
