在我国,催眠可以作为侦查的辅助工具和最后手段,其获取的信息可以作为侦查线索使用。在侦查实践中应用催眠时应遵循规范的程序,实行严格的审批制度,聘请专职侦查催眠师,限定适用对象,并对催眠全程录音录像。具体实施过程则包括催眠前谈话、催眠诱导、催眠深化、重拾记忆和解除催眠。

Hypnosis can be used as auxiliary means and ultimate method in investigation in our country,and the information that is obtained through hypnosis can be used as investigative clue.The application of hypnosis in investigative practice should conform to the normal procedure,carry out strict approval system,employ full-time investigative hypnotist,restrict the object audience and make sound and video recording about the whole hypnosis.The implementation includes conversation before hypnosis,hypnotic induction,hypnotic deepening,memory resume and hypnotic removal.
