摘要
通过对长平煤矿输煤栈桥进行的动载试验,测得该结构的自振频率和振型及其动力响应,并借助有限元分析程序对该结构的动力特性、稳态和瞬态动力响应进行模拟分析。试验和数值计算结果均表明,引起结构较大振动响应的主要原因是设备扰频在结构第二共振区间内。为此,对控制该结构的较大位移响应提出减振改造措施,改进后的结构效果良好。
By dynamic load tests to the coal trestle of Changping coal mine,the natural frequency of vibration,mode of vibration and their dynamic response of the structures have been obtained,the dynamic characteristics,steady and transient dynamic response of the structure are simulated by finite element analysis.Testing and the numerical results indicated that the primary cause leading to bigger structure vibration response is the equipment frequency in the second resonance region.Therefore,vibration reducing transformation measures to control the displacement response are proposed,the improved structure is in good condition.
