冻结管常温和低温力学性能的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 根据相关规范,对不同温度下各种规格冻结管试件进行力学性能试验,研究表明:冻结管抗弯承载能力随温度的降低而增大,但其挠度却随着温度的降低而减小,变形能力降低。冻结管断裂一般都发生在接头处,主要原因是冻结管接头与冻结壁的变形协调不一致,因此,改善冻结管接头变形能力是解决冻结管断裂问题的关键,采用内衬管对焊接头可以改善冻结管接头的变形能力和承载能力。 According to correlated national standards,the mechanical property experiments of different types of specification frozen tube specimen under variant temperature have been done.From the experiments it concluded that resistance to bending of frozen tubes increases,but its deflection and deformability reduces when temperature lowers.At general frozen tube breaks at joint mainly because the compatibility of deformation about frozen tube joint and frozen wall disaccords,it results that the key of settlement about frozen tube breakage is that deformability frozen tube joint should be improved.When using inside lining tube welding neck joint,deformability of bearing capacity about frozen tube will be greatly improve at the same time.
