摘要
先劳动教养后刑事处罚既具有实践必要性和预防与改造犯罪的积极作用,又符合现行法的要求。文章对公安司法人员在实践中的几种偏差做法进行了分析,并提出了先劳动教养后刑事处罚规范化的建议。
Reeducation through labor followed by criminal punishmnent not only has pratical necessity and positive effects on crime prevention and rehabilitation ,but also confirm to the corrunt law.The article analyzes unproper acts in practice,and sets forth related suggestions on perfection of reeducation through labor followed by criminal ptmishmnent.
