摘要
从交通工程学和交通管理规划理论出发,分析现有单向交通组织方式存在的问题,提出新型的单向交通组织优化设计方法,并与现有单向交通组织方式进行对比,论述其优缺点与适用范围。以广州市一德路片区为例,分析其存在的问题,将新型单行交通组织优化设计方法应用于该片区,并用Vissim仿真现状与设计后2种情况的交通状况,得到了相应的交通效益评价指标数据和尾气排放数据,对比说明新型单向交通组织优化设计方法能够获得较好的效益。
Based on the theories in traffic engineering,traffic management and planning,this paper analyzed the problems of existing one-way traffic organizations and proposed a new improved design method.Its advantages,disadvantages and scope of application were discussed through the comparison with the existing organizations.By taking the area of Yide Road in Guangzhou as an example,the existing problems were analyzed and the new design method of one-way traffic was applied.Moreover,Vissim was used to simulate the traffic situations based on the proposed one-way traffic organization,and the corresponding data related to transportation efficiency and emission were obtained and analyzed.The example shows that the proposed one-way traffic organization method provides more benefits than traditional ones.
