摘要 为了分析CUEDC1氨基酸保守性和研究CUEDC1蛋白质影响TGF-beta/SMAD信号通路的转录活性,用软件分析比较CUEDC1的氨基酸序列和通过双荧光报告系统测定TGF-beta/SMAD转录活性。结果显示cue结构域在人、小鼠和大鼠之间相似性为100%和过表达CUEDC1能够抑制TGF-beta/SMAD转录活性。 To study the effect of CUEDC1 on the transcriptional activity of TGF-beta /SMAD and conservative analysis of CUEDC1 amino acid sequence.Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay System was used to evaluate the effect of CUEDC1 on transcriptional activity of TGF-beta /SMAD.CUEDC1 could inhibit TGF-β/SMAD signaling pathway.
