摘要
采用反电动法控制永磁直流无刷电机,是通过检测反电动势过零点获得转子位置实现无传感器控制。系统在设计时采用了新的过零检测电路,较之以前的方法更加简单可靠。给出了硬件电路和软件流程。实验证明了这些改进措施的有效性。
Back-EMF method is used to control BLDCM.It can realize sensor-free control method by detecting the zero point of EMF.A new zero-crossing detection circuit is designed in this system,compared to the previous method is more simple and reliable,including software flow chart and designed circuits.Finally the experimental result shows those works are effectual.
