摘要
光生毫米波技术是实现光纤无线(RoF)系统的一个关键因素,光学倍频法(OFM)是一种经济的光生毫米波方法。文章采用优秀的Optisystem光通信仿真软件,首先对OFM光生毫米波技术进行了实验分析;然后构建了加载NRZ强度和DPSK相位调制数据格式的RoF系统,对其传输性能进行了实验验证。结果表明:借助OFM光生毫米波技术实现超宽带无线接入的有效性。
The photonic generation of millimeter-wave is one of the key techniques for RoF system's implementation,and OFM is a cheap method to generate high frequency Millimeter-wave. With the help of excellent optical communication simulation software-Optisystem, the OFM technique is experimentally analyzed, and then two RoF systems are modeled and verified with intensity modulated data format-NRZ and phase modulated data format-DPSK. The research results show the effectiveness of OFM technique to provide ultra-broadband wireless access services.
