摘要
介绍了垂直升降门式移动类自动化立体车库举升臂液压系统的工作原理以及压力补偿控制在本液压系统中的应用。应用AMEsim仿真软件对压力补偿控制回路的调速特性、抗干扰特性和超载特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明:系统的调速特性较好,控制速度只与输入信号有关,不受负载变化的影响,抗干扰特性和超载特性均能满足要求。
The principle of vertical lifting parking hydraulic system and the application of pressure compensatiom control be used in this hydraulic system are introduced.The characteristics of speed,regulation anti-interference and overload are simulated and analyzed by AMEsim software.The results show that the speed characteristics of the system is good.Speed control only relates to the input signals and doesn’t relates to the changes of the loan,the characteristics of anti-interference and overload can meet the requirements.
