摘要
斜插管三通管在风管系统中使用量大、且交线多而复杂,致使其系统工程图的绘制十分繁琐。对三通管结构进行了参数化设计,建立了函数表达式。再利用Inventor的参数化建模功能,创建出三通管的模型。探讨了驱动模型的参数置于系统中的方法以及利用"衍生"工具建模的技巧,为快速地生成各种规格风管的系统工程图打下了基础。
Oblique cutting tubes of three-way pipe in wind canal system are used frequently,and the intersections are complex,therefore makes the engineering drawing complicated and tedious.The parametrization design of the three-way pipe construction discussed,created the function expression,and used the Inventor parametrization modelling function to model three-way pipes.The actuation model parameter is discussed to put in system's method as well as the use of "derivation tool" to do modeling,in order to build the foundation of each kind of specification of wind canal system's engineering plat.
