摘要 利用光电式测量的抗干扰性好、反应快、灵敏度高、精度高、可测范围宽的优点,对高速转轴的转速进行更精准的测量。激光器将转轴的转速参数转换成周期性的光信号,然后高速硅光电二极管将接收的光信号转换为电流信号,经模拟电路处理得到数字电压脉冲信号,再利用基于FPGA数字移相技术的高精度脉宽测量方法对数字电压脉冲信号进行测量,处理后最终得到转速的精确结果并显示在液晶屏幕上。试验结果表明,测量结果准确度高,稳定性好,适用于一般的高速测量场合。 Because of good anti-interference,quick reaction,high sensitivity,high accuracy and wide range of photoelectric measurements,it can be used to high-speed shaft rotational velocity for more accurate measurements.Laser can convert the rotational velocity parameter of the shaft into periodic optical signals,high-speed silicon photodiode receives the optical signals and converted them into current signals,as current signals pass through analog circuitry,there output the digital voltage pulse signal,then FPGA-based high-precision digital phase-shifting measurement method is put to measure pulse-width of the digital voltage pulse signals,finally,accurate results are displayed on lcd.The results show the high accuracy and good stability of measurement,and it is applicable to general high-speed measurement occasions.
