摘要
当前形势下,汽车销售已经进入微利时代,汽车4S店也日益面临严峻的挑战,集团化、规模化已经成为大的发展趋势。仓储配送成本在连锁企业总成本中占有很大的比例,如何降低仓储配送成本,成为各4S店集团当前面临的难点之一。以仓储配送一体化为切入点,引入供应商管理库存概念,以此为基础建立总费用的数学模型,给出简单的算例求解,论证系统的优化将有助于提升企业的竞争力。
Recently,car sales became less profit.4S stores are facing serious challenges.How to reduce the operational cost become more and more important.The VMI theory is analyzed and then established a total cost model.In the last a sample example is given in order to prove that the new system can help the enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.
