Experience of Producing Bamboo 18.5tex Vortex Yarn

为开发竹浆纤维涡流纱,通过选用细度较细的竹浆纤维原料,在前纺各工序合理配置工艺参数及采取必要的技术措施,对涡流纺的输出速度、喷嘴压力、牵伸分配等工艺参数进行了试验优选,顺利地开发出竹浆纤维18.5 tex涡流纱,质量达到使用要求。

To produce bamboo fiber vortex yarn, finer bamboo fiber was selected as raw material, in front spinning process, processing parameter and necessary technology measure were set and adopted rationally, vortex spinning output speed, nozzle pressure,draft distribution et al processing parameter were tested and optimized, finally bamboo 18.5 tex vortex yarn could be produced and quality could reach use demands.
